Return and Refund
Our customer’s 100% satisfaction is our supreme target. In case, for any reason, you are not fully contented with your purchase, our return and refund policy will make your purchase risk-free.
Within 7 days after your receipt of your glasses, you may return your glasses to us for a refund or exchange for a new pair.
1. You will have one option to ask for refund or exchange of new pair, if you choose to exchange a new pair, we will not refund if you are still not happy with the new eyeglass.
2. The refund on the shipping cost should be minus, even for items of free shipping, the flat rate shipping should be priced at $9.
3. Sunglasses and glasses frames are fully refundable.
4. You will receive a refund for the frame plus 50% of the price of the prescription lenses if they are the 1.60 index, 1.67 index lenses, 1.74 index lenses, polarized lenses, polycarbonate lenses, thrived lenses, progressive lenses, bifocal lenses or photochromic lenses.
After 7 days limit, you may still return the glasses to us within 30 days for a refund, but the refundable price is 50% at most of the invoice amount minus shipping cost.

Before you return the glasses to us, please contact our customer service for the authorization. No return package can be sent to us without notice in advance.
Shipping Back to Us
Please ship the whole package back to us in its original conditions same as what you receive. Don’t forget to enclose a note describing the reason for the return, and quoting the original order number on the note.
We refund the full or half amount of what we charge on the products ONLY. We do not refund the shipping and handling charges. In the case that you are free from the charge of shipping we need to charge you the shipping cost of $9. For the customer who has used the discount coupon code in the order, we would issue the refund based on the final discounted price instead of the original price.
Return Shipping Cost
It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost of returning the original condition package to us. It is recommended to return the package via the registered courier services to expedite the process of refund or exchange. No refund or exchange will be processed before receiving the returned package at our side.
Exchange of New Pair
Only ONE new pair of glasses can be exchanged for free if you are eligible for an exchange. The new pair will be produced in compliance with the original prescription. In case you’d like to choose better frame or lenses, the difference will be charged. Also the shipping charge for the exchanged new pair of glasses will be for your account. Exchange or replacement will be processed once we receive the returned package at our side.
For some special orders in which the ordered prescription lenses are 1.60 index, 1.67 index lenses, 1.74 index lenses, polarized lenses, polycarbonate lenses, trivex lenses, progressive lenses, bifocal lenses ,Photochromic , 50% price on a new pair of exchanged lenses would be charged. Please read our refund policy concerning those lenses before applying for an exchange. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service for more specific options.
If you have input the wrong or insufficient prescription, shipping address or have entered other information wrongly resulting in the wrong producing of eyeglasses or the undeliverable parcel, we may not be held responsible for it and the customer will not be eligible for the return and full refund or exchange.
It is quite rare that we produce your eyeglasses not as per your prescription, or fit your lenses to the wrong glasses frame. If this is the case we will be 100% responsible for the full refund or exchange, and we will also pay for your return shipping.
